Would you like to eat vegetarian or vegan? Great, you are no longer an exception. Numerous international studies prove the immense health and ecological benefits of a vegetarian and vegan diet.

All nutrients in food of animal origin can be provided in just as good - if not better - form through a purely plant-based diet. When you switch to a purely vegetarian or vegan diet, I pay particular attention to the nutritional requirements of your proteins, omega 3 fatty acids, iron, zinc, iodine, calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B12.
