CHRONIC DISEASE

Chronic diseases are increasingly replacing infectious diseases in the western industrial nations. In Switzerland every 4th person is chronically ill. * In Germany the number is even higher, especially the proportion of 34-59 year olds is increasing. Proper nutrition can make a significant contribution to improvement and promote healing. *

While studies show that excessive consumption of animal protein products can be harmful to health and even promote existing diseases, a predominantly plant-based diet can have very positive and healing effects on the body.

In my nutritional advice I will show you how you can absorb as many nutrients as possible and avoid as many toxins as possible and which products and foods you should avoid in the short to medium term in order to support your body in healing.

The focus is on what is good for you, what tastes good and brings you more energy again!
