These are the general terms and conditions

1. The consulting service

The advisory service is provided by a trained and trained nutritionist. The information does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice or treatment.

2. Confidentiality 

The advising person is subject to absolute confidentiality and is obliged to treat all information of the person to be advised confidentially. The duty of confidentiality remains after the end of the nutritional consultation.

3. Payment terms

All prices are shown in CHF or in euros. The following payment options are available to the person to be advised: bank transfer, cash or PayPal. Appointments that are not kept or canceled by email or telephone 24 hours before the consultation will be charged at CHF 80 / € 50.

3.1 Individual payment terms

The consulting service is to be transferred after the first consultation or at the first appointment. The counseling service includes the attendance time of the counseling interview (theory and anamnesis), the evaluation of the nutritional analysis and, based on this, the nutritional recommendations and the nutritional concept as well as action plans.

3.2 Company payment terms

Consulting services for management consultancies, product developments, cooperations and consultations in the field of occupational health management are offered individually depending on the needs and the order. The price offered includes preparation, travel costs, on-site consulting services during attendance, answering questions in the plenum, and any post-processing or evaluations that are required in addition to the lecture. It is calculated based on the quarter of an hour that has been started.

4. Protection of property

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you undertake that the information, reports and analyzes I have prepared in the context of nutritional advice will only be used for your own purposes. The person to be advised receives the irrevocable and non-transferable right to use the results.

5. Warranty

All activities and advisory services are provided with the greatest care and taking into account recognized nutritional knowledge and the principles of the standards of the German Nutrition Society DGE and the standards of the Swiss Nutrition Society SGE. All recommendations and analyzes are made to the best of our knowledge and belief. No guarantees are given for the content of the consulting service. The success of nutritional counseling is largely beyond the control of the counseling person and is essentially dependent on the cooperation of the person being counseled. Counseling is helping people to help themselves.

6. Liability

Despite the greatest care, no guarantee can be given for the correctness and completeness of the advisory service. The success of the nutritional advice essentially depends on the cooperation of the person to be advised and cannot be guaranteed (see also point 5 Warranty). Likewise, no guarantee is given for possible health, physical or psychological damage.
