SPORTS NUTRITION

Through the right diet and above all the right proteins,  you support your body to build muscle mass in a targeted manner and to tighten the muscle tissue.

As a former track and field athlete, I know that in return for weight loss, when it comes to building muscle, the first thing you need to do is take in more energy through food than you use. In my nutritional advice, I mainly rely on the right combination of different protein sources.

International research results, including those of the large and revolutionary China Study, show that excessive consumption of animal protein sources can have negative health effects and can even promote the growth of pathogenic cells.

In addition to the use of animal protein sources, I attach particular importance to the use of vegetable protein sources when providing nutritional advice - especially when symptoms are already present.
