The variety in the supermarket and health food store literally kills you and you are tired of studying the labels and ingredients of the products? What types of nutrition are there anyway and which is the best for you? Would you like to change your diet and receive support when shopping, choosing and preparing your food?

I would be happy to accompany you when shopping together and advise you here on what is important in the selection and quality of the products and show you how you can quickly unmask ingredient lists and recognize what you prefer to keep your fingers off of and where you can access without a guilty conscience.  

We muck out your kitchen - in future only what is good for you and your family may remain. While cooking together, I will show you tricks and delicious, quick recipes that are suitable for everyday use and give you recommendations for methods of preparation that are as nutritious as possible.

 

If necessary, I would also be happy to introduce you to special kitchen machines or utensils that will make everyday cooking a lot easier for you.
