Free initial consultation
In a short personal conversation, we will clarify your motives and wishes for nutritional advice. I will briefly explain my method to you, say something about the schedule and procedure and we will see whether it suits us both.

For a thorough anamnesis, you will receive a questionnaire beforehand, with the help of which your eating habits, symptoms and your general state of health are recorded. Based on your answers, an intensive conversation and a physical check-up will follow.

Nutrition concept
On the basis of the anamnesis, I will put together recommendations tailored to you in writing, including an explanation of the connections, which should bring you closer to your goal. You will also receive corresponding recipes and shopping lists.

Monitoring & controlling
Using nutrition protocols and rotation plans, we check your diet and adjust it on an ongoing basis if necessary. In this way, we not only ensure the quality of the concept and the implementation, but can also continuously check whether we are on course with you according to the target definition.
